At Cabinets4U, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom-made products with care and precision. To ensure a smooth experience, please read our delivery and returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Information

Order Processing

  • Production Time: Most orders are processed and manufactured within 7–10 working days.
  • Dispatch: Once production is complete, your order is packaged and shipped using trusted couriers.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email upon dispatch.

Delivery Options & Costs

Note: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard working hours. Weekend or evening delivery is not available.

Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery is to the ground floor only.
  • Ensure clear and safe access for the delivery team.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • International shipping is not currently available.

Assembly Information

All products are delivered flat-packed for secure transport and easy handling.

  • Instructions are included with every order.
  • We do not offer professional assembly services.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Custom-Made Policy

All products are custom-made to order, and therefore:

  • No returns accepted
  • No refunds provided
  • No cancellations or order changes once confirmed

Please double-check all specifications before placing your order. Our team is available to assist if you have any questions before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take care to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description

We’ll review your case and offer a resolution, such as a replacement part or product. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
